Pricing Administrator

Brief Description

We are looking for an innovative person to fulfill the role of Pricing Administrator, working in a time sensitive environment. In this role you would be responsible for maintaining and ensuring accurate Invoice and Contracted pricing as well as implementation of company approved price changes in the system.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in execution of pricing policies and procedures
• Maintains accurate pricing in the system
• Ensures all price changes are reflected accurately in the system
• Communicating pricing policies both internally and externally
• Compile and distribute pricing reports
• Verify customer deductions for contracts/billbacks
• Work with sales team to ensure contracts are accurate and current
• Work with Sales and Customer to solve price discrepancies
• Timely processing of Customer Sales Tracing submissions
  
  

MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in Business or related field
• Prior experience working in ERP
• 1 year working in a commercial organization
• Time management and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel is required (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis/manipulation)
