Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Develop and implement pricing strategies that support sustainable sales growth.
Monitor and optimize pricing structures and sales guidelines for a diverse product portfolio.
Conduct deep quantitative analyses to inform pricing decisions and improve pricing KPIs such as average selling price and discount levels.
Collaborate with product management and strategy teams to align pricing with overall business strategies.
Manage pricing operations, including the maintenance of product codes, overseeing CPQ price books, and coordinating with the IT department on SAP updates.
Build and maintain pricing analytics tools to monitor performance and market trends.
Execute ad hoc reporting and analytics, providing strategic insights to senior management.
Lead special projects related to pricing and product migration with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in pricing or finance preferred.
5-7 years of experience in finance with a strong focus on pricing in the B2B/Enterprise software industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex pricing strategies and working with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools necessary for high-level pricing analysis.
Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting and discussing complex information in a way that persuades others and builds consensus among stakeholders.
