Requirements

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Internal Medicine
• Active state medical license and DEA registration
• Excellent clinical skills and a patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
