Responsibilities
Cell-Based Assay Development: Develop and implement cell-based assays following regulatory guidelines.
Analytical Testing: Conduct cGMP sample testing, ensuring timely delivery of results and proper documentation.
Innovation and Collaboration: Evaluate and implement new technologies, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the Genomic Medicine Unit.
Technical Expertise: Serve as a resource for analytical methods and instruments, presenting technical work internally and externally.
Qualifications
Basic: Master's degree with 2 years or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant industry experience in life sciences.
Skills: Proficiency in cell-based assays, ELISA, PCR, or flow cytometry, and strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ELISA, PCR-based Bioassays, and flow cytometry development and validation in a GxP environment.
Knowledge of QbD principles and Design of Experiment approaches, with at least one year of experience in a cGMP setting.
