Role Overview
As a Principal reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a talented team of design professionals in managing and executing high-profile projects. This role is pivotal in driving our office's growth and success, overseeing project teams, budgets, and client relationships with a focus on quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor multiple project teams through all phases of design, planning, and implementation.
Manage financial aspects of the office in collaboration with leadership, ensuring projects meet budgetary goals.
Establish and enhance processes to streamline project delivery, improve quality, and elevate client satisfaction.
Collaborate with construction administration and interior design teams to resolve project issues effectively.
Coordinate project contractors and consultants, negotiating agreements and managing project budgets.
What You Bring
20+ years of experience in architecture, design, and project management, with a track record of success in leading large-scale projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Experience in multifamily housing, high-rise design, or related sectors preferred.
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and teams, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
Background in client relationship management and business development, identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
