Print Production Associate

Job Description

Print Production Associate:

To apply all vinyl graphics for Interior Production product line as work order and/or architectural drawings specify. Produce quality PSV (pressure sensitive vinyl) lettering and masks and as graphics capacities expand, be able to produce logos and other special requirements.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review orders with the Print Production Supervisor.
• Coordinate schedule with the Print Production Supervisor and the Production Manager as needed.
• Responsible for accuracy of die cut letters and symbols as specified on work order
• Review all PSV sign orders prior to cutting material; cut and weed material
• Apply PSV graphics to signs
• Maintain the Applied Graphics Specifications
• Laminate parts per order requirements.
• Inventory, order, and maintain all supplies and PSV cutting equipment
• Follow all safety rules.
• Assist in all areas of interior production assembly and shipping of signs.
• Other such duties as may be required to meet objective.
  
  

Necessary Skills and Training:

Must be detail oriented, have Microsoft Excel proficiency and Gerber sign making equipment, ability to apply pressure sensitive vinyl correctly, math and measuring skills, ability to proofread accurately.
