Job Description: As a Private Credit Associate Intern, you will be an integral part of our team focused on analyzing, evaluating, and executing private credit investment opportunities. You will work closely with senior members of the team to conduct research, perform financial analysis, and assist in the due diligence process. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assisting in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, industry research, and due diligence.
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on companies, industries, and market trends.
Supporting the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring the performance of existing investments and participating in ongoing portfolio management activities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including investment professionals, legal, and compliance departments.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and quality of work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior internship or coursework in finance, investment banking, or related fields is preferred but not required.
