Private Equity Senior Associate

H&P are partnered with a Real Estate Private Equity Fund who are looking to hire a Senior Associate in their Miami office.

This is a great opportunity for a PE lateral with a background in real estate investments, that is looking to join a firm that are active on the market and have recently closed a new fund.

Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identify, evaluate, and model potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Lead due diligence efforts, assessing risks and conducting market research.
• Transaction Execution: Assist in structuring, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions.
• Portfolio Management: Monitor and optimize the performance of existing investments.
• Investment Committee Preparation: Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior management.

Required Background:

• Pre-MBA Associate.
• 3-6 years of direct investment experience, with at least 2 years as a PE lateral.
• Must have real estate sector experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
