Job Details
Oversee all metrics including Cost-Of-Quality / Engineering Costs / Production targets.
Collect Data for reporting
Strong skills in excel able to create reports and built reports
Background within manufacturing and production
Working to continuously improve processes both on the production floor as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple functions such as logistics
Using math skills to compute rates, ratios, and percentages
Reading and analyzing data on current processes
Demonstrated experience in Lean Manufacturing or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies.
Skilled at synthesis and analysis
Ability to make decisions as well as influence decision-making
Strong work habits focusing on safety, quality, and productivity
Organizational skills, Ability to multitask
Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives. This includes making sure data is visualized appropriately, creating consistent standards, and confirming that all data is accurate.
Perform analysis and valuation for system improvement, data quality and usage metrics, and data integration.
Develop a strong prioritization framework to ensure team is focused on highest-value initiatives.
Account reconciliation, posting, exceptions tracking and reporting
Coordinates with Operations to check and verify that all entries are accurate
Serves as the first point of contact for inquiries from operations executive
Assist with ad-hoc projects as required and maybe assigned to one area or function
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) from a four-year College or University; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education
