Summary
As a Producer, you will lead and manage the development processes for the project, ensuring that all phases of the game development process are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate between art, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution.
Oversee budget management and resource allocation.
Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Proactively solve project-related challenges, adjusting timelines and scopes as necessary.
Ensure the final product meets the company’s vision and quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in game production, with a proven record of successfully shipping titles.
Strong knowledge of game development processes, including design, programming, and art.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Compensation
Salary Range: $85,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience.
