As a product analyst, your role involves researching, collecting, and analyzing data on customers’ behaviors before, during, and after using a product or service. Specifically, in the context of a case management group within a large healthcare organization, your responsibilities would include:

1. Monitoring Product Performance: You’ll track how well the product performs in the market over its lifecycle. This involves identifying patterns, trends, and sales numbers to gauge performance.
2. Gathering and Analyzing Customer Feedback: You’ll use data to understand customer perceptions of the product. This might involve conducting interviews, facilitating focus groups, or creating polls to collect feedback.
3. Contributing to Product Improvement: Based on your analysis, you’ll recommend improvements to product features. This ensures that widely adopted features are enhanced and areas needing improvement are addressed.
4. Supporting Product Development: You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers. Your insights will drive decisions on product direction and investment.
