We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Product Data Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for executing segmentation and custom modeling, ensuring the delivery of high-quality output, and providing essential post-sales support to guarantee the success of our products. The successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset, proficiency in Excel, SQL (Postgres and amazon Athena), spark/scala, python and be a self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong business acumen.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Run segmentation and propensity models, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Maintain high standards of output quality by implementing rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after delivery, addressing any issues and ensuring continued success.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of deployed segmentation and models, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
- Develop and communicate insights from data to various audiences.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of segmentation, models, processes, and support activities to ensure transparency and continuity.
- Work closely with internal teams, including data science, engineering, product management, and sales, to ensure seamless product execution and client satisfaction.
- Execute projects with limited supervision by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data collection and preparation, ensuring data is collected accurately and providing ad hoc statistical analyses as needed.
- Drive innovative thinking around methods to enhance our data offerings.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and objectives, identifying opportunities to use data to enhance business outcomes and deliver value to clients.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Customer Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Math, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis or operations role, preferably within the analytics or tech industry.
- 1-3 years of analyst experience.
- Strong technical skills in running and maintaining data models, particularly segmentation and propensity models.
- Proficiency in SQL (Postgres and amazon Athena), spark/scala, python, R and the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills (lookups, graphing) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Toolbox: Factor and Cluster Analysis, Decision Trees/Random Forests, Logistic and Linear Regression, Naive Bayes
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Exceptional analytic skills with the ability to identify patterns and draw insights from multiple data sources.
- Knowledge of analytical methods focused on the identification of target consumers, optimization, and measurement, including attribution and lift.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Enthusiasm for the practical application of statistical analysis to address business issues.
- Strong attention to detail.
