We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team.

Position Overview:

The Product Marketing Manager at Rockerbox will be responsible for driving the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for our products. This role requires deep industry knowledge, particularly in ad tech, marketing analytics, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively communicating product value, executing product launches, and engaging with customers and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning and Content:
    • Develop and refine product messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences.
    • Produce compelling product-related content, including blog posts, whitepapers, sales-enablement (presentations, etc.), and one-pagers.
    • Collaborate and manage logistics for product-related webinars to drive engagement and education across our customers and prospects.
  • Cross-team collaboration
    • Collaborate with the product, cs and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in feature communication.
  • Case Studies:
    • Ensure comprehensive coverage of all major verticals and products through well-documented case studies.
    • Collaborate with customers to gather insights and create impactful case studies that showcase product value.
  • Product Launch Process and Execution:
    • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful releases.
    • Develop go-to-market strategies and materials to support new product and feature introductions.
  • Customer Advisory Board (CAB) Logistics:
    • Identify and engage with CAB members, ensuring active and meaningful participation.
    • Develop (and work collaboratively with department heads to develop) topics for CAB conversations that are beneficial and align with company objectives.
    • Leverage CAB relationships to gather feedback and enhance product messaging and alignment.
  • Customer Community Engagement:
    • Oversee and scale our customer community, fostering consistent engagement.
    • Leverage community insights and shared learnings to inform product messaging and strategy.
  • Competitive Research:
    • Collaborate with product managers to identify and analyze competitors for new and existing products.
    • Develop competitive comparisons to highlight Rockerbox’s unique value propositions.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the ad tech industry.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics and data analytics.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing technology products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience engaging with customer advisory boards and building customer communities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
