As a Product Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Product team in reporting needs, analytic duties, and ensure compliance with key bank partner requirements.

Communicate progress on key initiatives to key stakeholders across the business teams.
Develop solutions to eliminate manual processes in partnership with product leads.
Perform User Acceptance Testing with each new release to ensure requirements have been met and there is timely resolution of defects.
Partner with Product leads to develop required controls documentation and associated monitoring to ensure a compliant program.
Support the Product in analyzing data to help guide the product team towards better and faster decisions.

Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understand product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
