Job Mission
As a Product Owner in our Cymer Light Source division, you will play a key role in coordinating the delivery of ERP manufacturing, logistics, material planning, and finance application solutions. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our internal customers and IT teams, ensuring successful product delivery in incremental steps. Collaborate closely with both groups to develop and prioritize the backlog, aligning goals and vision to keep everyone satisfied. You'll work within our Agile framework, participating in Program Increment planning events to refine and prioritize the team backlog.
This role includes partnering with a dedicated scrum master/Agile coach and other internal IT teams. Our application landscape is primarily Oracle products, including EBusiness Suite, Value Chain Planning, Agile PLM, Hyperion, Web Center, and cloud planning. As we embark on our Agile transformation, you'll have the opportunity to influence our ways of working.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between business representatives and IT analysts/developers.
Define, refine, and drive prioritization of the backlog, encompassing new initiatives, value-added enhancements, and lifecycle management.
Ensure the team backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all using Jira and Jira Align to organize work into Epics, Features, and Stories.
Support the adoption of our Agile transformation throughout the organization.
Collect and act on stakeholder feedback.
Prepare and execute quarterly plans.
Organize and coordinate various work streams.
Collaborate with complementary teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in materials management or manufacturing.
Product Owner accreditation is not required but may be beneficial.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organized and transparent.

Additional Information
This position is based in San Diego, CA, with a hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote. On-site presence is required for work-related events, training, and meetings to foster teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
Routine physical activities include sitting, walking, talking, hearing, using hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and stretching. Occasionally required to move around the campus and lift up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities needed: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves for the entire shift.
Infrequent travel to other office sites in the US and Netherlands may be required, with travel not exceeding 5%.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $123,000-$205,000. Pay is determined based on role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual pay is assessed through interviews and various factors such as job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities, and comparison with other team members.
