Our client is seeking a Product Specialist to support all stages of the product lifecycle. This role ensures product quality, competitiveness, and alignment with strategic goals. Reporting directly to the head of Core Products Department, you will work with various teams and provide customer support.

What You'll Do

  • Support all stages of the product lifecycle, including evolution and marketing.
  • Stay updated on market trends to ensure product competitiveness.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of product quality.
  • Write precise business requirements and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Provide support and continuously update product documentation.
  • Offer product demos and training.
  • Contribute to product quality assurance and compliance.
  • Create and manage Jira tickets for features and defects.
  • Work with various teams on feature prioritization and product planning.
  • Interface with customers and senior leaders to support product implementation and evolution.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Member Services and Branch Operations, including daily teller operations, member onboarding, account maintenance, etc.
  • Preferred experience within a Credit Union.
  • Ability to write precise business requirements.
  • Experience in providing support and continuously updating product documentation.
  • Ability to offer product demos and training.
  • Experience in contributing to product quality assurance and compliance.
  • Experience in creating and managing Jira tickets for features and defects.
  • Ability to work with various teams on feature prioritization and product planning.
  • Experience in interfacing with customers and senior leaders to support product implementation and evolution.
