Product Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing and promotional decisions
  • Manage category management initiatives to optimize product offerings and pricing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and senior leadership
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of pricing and promotional initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability through pricing and promotional strategies
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights to stakeholders
