The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the most engaging creative experiences to end users. We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead technological innovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving value for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem.

The Ads Creative team is looking for an experienced Product Strategy Operations Manager who will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring success across key products and business initiatives within the creator marketplace. You will work closely with the product management team on strategy, problem-solving, and identifying how to build the product at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Own the product operations for TikTokOne (Creator Marketplace) with a focus on creators and agencies.
- Define the creator growth strategy, breaking down key metrics and initiatives to strengthen creator payout (creator monetization).
- Develop creator growth and full-lifecycle operational systems with a deep understanding of short video content ecosystems. Drive rapid and sustainable development of creator scale and quality.
- Partner with talent agencies and creator marketing agencies to onboard and incubate creators at scale.
- Work closely with Product and Algorithm teams to influence product development on creator marketing solutions and management tools.
- Drive awareness of the TikTokOne platform through multiple marketing and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of creator/content marketing or product operation experience in digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of the creator economy and experience building relationships with talent agencies (or direct talent agency experience).
- Self-starter with strong project management skills. Ability to grasp the core context, identify key risks, and collaborate with all parties to achieve goals in a fast-changing environment.
- Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial-and-error iterations, and constantly improving.
- Strong communicator and team player. Comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thrives in a work environment with diverse cultures.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of creator marketing dynamics from either top creator marketing agencies, talent management agencies, or creator marketplace platforms.

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $290000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
