Base pay range

$60.00/hr - $65.00/hr

This is an interim Product Support Manager position, contract role. We're looking for someone who can manage a team, work with product stakeholders, and be the liaison between the company the support team.


List of Services:

  • Maintain engagement with Product teams to facilitate effective support for users
  • Provide release facilitation for support content in partnership with our CX technical writers
  • Provide bi-weekly sentiment and CX signal reports to stakeholders
  • Provide monthly release reporting for desktop and Mobile products
  • Maintain existing support reporting
  • Participate in bi weekly reporting on customer issues, most common
  • Attend cross functional meetings for Support
  • Provide data exports and evaluations for ad hock support requests
