Production Assembly Technician (DIRECT HIRE)

Job Description

• Production Assembly Technician----------------------------------------------------------------------------
  
  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to assemble products requiring the taking of measurements, reading product assembly drawings and recording checklists.
• Experience using hand/power tools to assemble electromechanical products preferably battery powered devices.
• Comfortable with computers; Google, Gmail, MS Word, scanning & emailing
• Prefer experience with ISO environment
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be willing to be a team player trained in different production jobs
• Minimum 1-2 years’ electrical/mechanical assembly experience preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing job shop or production volume environment
• Basic Math knowledge
• Strong electrical/mechanical Skills and Work Ethics
• Good interpersonal skills, effective email communication skills to all levels, and team leader
• Demonstrates appropriate level of adaptability, maintains positive outlook, and demonstrates composure under pressure.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to complete and effectively manage multiple job activities.
• The ability to train and grow into a Lead Tech/Sr. Assembler cart production role.
• Flexibility to work according to the production schedule. This position will rarely require weekends, holiday, and overtime work.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment such as safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and safety shoes.
