Production Assistant

Cryopak is an innovative, cold chain & temperature-controlled packaging solutions manufacturer, for pharmaceutical, life science, biotech, food, and electronic companies. Cryopak helps to maintain the integrity of our customer’s products through the design, testing and manufacturing of packaging and materials for shipping cold chain products. We also provide the hardware and software for temperature verification along the distribution process.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

The Production Assistant is responsible for overall plant activities including the administrative tasks, Production, Shipping and Quality Control Documents.

• Contact Person for Carteret Site
• Handles all purchasing within the warehouse/plant, including consumables, supplies, pallets, etc.
• Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the office services department.
• Responsible for Printing, Report, Complete and fulfill Work Orders, and Packing List.
• Responsible for Shipping Incoming Raw Material and Outgoing Finish Goods.
• Responsible for Quality Inspection of Finish Good Product.
• Supervises the maintenance of office & plant equipment, including copier and ADP time clock.
• Coordinates daily functions with plant personnel.
  
  

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be fluent in Spanish
• Minimum of two years’ experience
• Must be knowledgeable about occupational hazards and safety regulations.
• Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures a plus.
