Production Coordinator

As the Production Coordinator you will manage the day-to-day deliverables related to factory production timelines, order placement, shipment tracking to warehouse & systems data entry and assist with front-to-back quality control. This position will work directly with internal functions: Product, Design, Planning, Logistics & Sales and external vendors & freight forwarder to execute to the corporate pipeline calendar. Successful candidate will execute on a process that insures efficiency and delivery of high-quality product. his person will support all of production related initiatives as well as produce and maintain the Costing Line Plan of each season.

Responsibilities
- Support adherence to calendar milestones/deadlines to ensure on-time delivery of production
- Manage TOPs review/fittings to ensure production is executed within brand quality expectations/standards
- Attend production fittings to monitor & ensure on-time production schedules
- Review bulk fabric and trim submits, communicating comments/approvals to vendors
- Issue & maintain bulk orders for accuracy (Allocation, Cost, Delivery, Units)
- Order and distribute photoshoot samples for merch/marketing. Ensure timely arrival.
- Maintain consistent, clear & concise communication with internal & external partners
- Proficiency with systems/software – WFX, NETSUITE, OFFICE SUITE
- Alert Directors of any potential delays or concerns
- Collaborate with Directors & cross-functional teams on potential process improvements / ad-hoc production related projects
- Produce, maintain, and ensure accuracy of seasonal costing line plan
- Alert VP of any cost savings opportunities or margin loss challenges

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience within a production environment covering multiple product categories.
- Ability to multi-task & have strong time management skills.
- Attention to detail, have strong organization & negotiation skills.
- Must be able to work in fast pace/collaborative environment
- Ability to read & understand a tech pack.
- Proficient computer skills including in Outlook & Excel.
- PLM/Full Circle/ Netsuite experience a plus
