Production Coordinator

We are currently looking to add a full time, Production Coordinator to our band of quirks. The right candidate will be responsible for supporting the team through their attention to detail, solid work ethic, and commitment to accuracy. You do not need to have experience in production or purchasing but must have a great attitude and ability to learn and retain information and an overall positive attitude and interest in winning. This role will learn specific aspects of the purchasing and production process for an incredibly cool pop culture apparel company. This person will excel at providing internal and external customer service – you are comfortable excelling in a process as well as seeking ways to improve it daily. Effective communication with other departments, including sales, production team, and distribution center will ensure your success and ability to grow.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Responsible for pivotal inputs of post-production order management within the production team.
• Keep data and information current and accessible for post-production to facilitate on-time delivery.
• Foster a collaborative environment by offering constructive feedback and aiding fellow team members including improving processes.
• Effectively manage workloads including but not limited to post-production receiving, label making, and routing.
• Monitor order advancement, resolve discrepancies, and meticulously document tasks and processes.
• Utilize ERP system reporting features as needed.

MUST HAVES

• Prior experience with data entry or customer service.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office products Excel and Microsoft Outlook 365.
