Production Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, designers, producers, developers, project managers and account teams
• Ability to work on small print, direct mail, large print/OOH, POP, packaging, presentation decks, static digital, social gifs, and ideally animated display, among other media formats.
• Version out existing approved concepts (for print, static digital and ideally animated digital) to a variety of sizes and specs for production and upload.
• Prepare final digital files adhering to provided specs and technical requirements for print and digital output.
• Transmit files as necessary for client approvals or to outside vendor(s).
• Archive jobs properly on server, Drive and Digital Asset Management System.
• Communicate status and completion of jobs with Project Managers, Creative Producers, Print Production Managers, Art Directors and Account Teams.
• Adhere to strict deadlines tight turnarounds.

Qualifications

• :A bachelor’s degree in design or other related positions is preferred for the production designer position. Significant course work in graphic design, print production, visual arts or a related field, along with a portfolio and experience that demonstrates clear knowledge of design, may suffice in the absence of a degree
• .Experience with digital content such as websites, social media, online advertising and email campaigns may be required
• .Ability to adapt to working with MSOffice Suite (including Teams and Sharepoint)
• .Experience with InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Animate (ideal)
