Job Description
Develop proper manufacturing, testing, and quality control standard work.
Communicate with quality and engineering teams to drive process improvements.
Determine the process capabilities and outgoing quality levels of all major products.
Conduct final inspection on finished products and record test data.
Develop and improve monthly reports to quantify Production improvement and identify areas requiring attention/improvements
Read and understand product drawings/schematics from engineers.
Lead problem solving efforts to resolve production problems.
Conduct in process checks on the production line to ensure standard work is followed and work-in-process, finished products, and packing meet quality requirements.
Identify process improvement and optimization opportunities.
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, process planning, and policies.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Knowledge and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, techniques, and philosophies
2+ years in production or process engineering/experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working in a dynamic environment, developing flexible solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Base salary $70,000-90,000 based on experience level
