Lead Team Member Job Summary

The Lead position assists the Supervisor with ensuring department goals are met by leading and coordinating the activities of team members within the department. They collaborate with the Supervisor to see that all team members properly trained, receive regular job performance feedback and are safety conscience at all times. Lead team members coach and supporting systems, policies and procedures. Lead team members contribute to Duke's work environment and culture of "Your Solutions Partner."

Data-Driven: Uses data and metrics to drive decisions and improvements.

Education & Experience

  • High School Degree or equivalent required; Associates or Technical degree a plus!
  • 2-3 years of manufacturing experience; Lean/CI Manufacturing Experience a plus!
  • Some form of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office O365 applications (such as Email and Teams)
  • Ability to use ERP systems (such as Oracle, SAP, EPICOR)
