Production Manager

The Position is accountable for the quality, safety, production, and environmental housekeeping of the shift while optimizing efficiency in accordance with corporate and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to site manager and working with cross functional teams to for develop, implement, and measuring processes related to cost reduction, operational optimization, and quality.
• Implement best practices in order to assure plant productivity, process improvement and safety goals are met.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge in continuous improvement, Lean Six Sigma
• Associates Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong leadership, sharp communicator, and problem-solving skills
