Production Manager (Part Time)

We are looking for a Production Manager for a top fashion company in Lyndhurst, NJ. This role is Part Time (about 25 hours weekly) and will be a 6-8 week contract.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate communication between internal cross-functional departments regarding production, order creation, shipment tracking and delivery of product
• Responsible for publishing POs for wholesale and DTC
• Responsible for order creation, updating and monitoring status of all PO’s for U.S.
• Able to analyze and report seasonal business to manager and above

Required Qualifications:

• BA degree major in Product Development, Production or Production Management
• 2-3 years production, supply chain or logistic experience a plus
• Basic understanding of product development, production, and logistics process
• Systems savvy and computer proficient: MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel
• Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, project management and time management skills
• Flexible, organized, detail oriented team player
• High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Ability to adapt and operate within various business cultures and practices
• Ability to work effectively in a fast past team environment
• Demonstrate decision making and problem solving skills
