TRC’s client is a global leader in manufacturing industrial coatings looking for a Production Operator in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area.

What Our Employees Do:
Operate automatic processing equipment such as furnaces, dryers, grinding mills, blenders, etc.
Monitor automated control boards; read and understand instruments and make adjustments to control temperature, pressure, etc.
Record weight, make simple calculations, and take samples.
Conduct light general and/or preventative maintenance ensuring proper machine operation
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area; operate sweeper as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in machine operation / production in a manufacturing environment
Willing and able to work rotating shifts
Willing and able to lift up to 70 pounds safely
Prior forklift operation experience is a plus
