Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a production setting.
