Job Title: Senior Specialist - System Management

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Must have working experience on Infra monitoring tool exDynatrace Sumologic AWS Cloud Watch SiteScope
• Experience in troubleshooting replication and initialization issues
• Java along with AWS exposure
• Monitor Production systems and applications for performance issues errors and anomalies
• Respond to alerts and incidents promptly investigate root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and impact on end users
• Document incident details resolution steps and follow up actions for future reference and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to analyse and debug complex technical issues
• Escalate critical issues to appropriate stakeholders and coordinate resolution efforts to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations

Working conditions

• This role may require on call duty and off hours support to respond to critical incidents and perform maintenance activities
