Teaching: Promotes learning in didactic and clinical settings; evaluates students' progress through appropriate assessments; teaches best practices in the field.
Instructional Development: Designs and assesses courses and curriculum in collaboration with the Program Director; assists in the selection and development of course materials; keeps materials current in the field; participates in accreditation activities.
Instructional Management: Manages classrooms, maintains adequate records in the LMS, submits required reports on time, maintains regular office hours, and adheres to the course schedule.
Community Service: Makes regular visits to clinical sites to maintain positive relationships, encourages and models engagement in service projects within the field, and teaches the value of service beyond the classroom.
Professional Development: Maintains professional licensure/certification in the field through regular CEUs, attendance at conferences, and involvement with professional organizations in the field.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university. DANB certified Dental Assistant with current CDA and CPR. At least 2 years of successful chairside experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree from a regionally accredited college/university. Five or more years of successful chairside experience.
