Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, and under overall direction from the Principal Investigator/ Program Director, the Program Coordinator provides support services such as data entry and distribution, student case- management and report preparation for special projects generated by the program. The program coordinator, whose duties will focus on support for all areas of the program, will assist the Program Manager with sequence of daily operations, programming activities and budgetary tasks for the program.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in the management of complex details and advanced administrative assignments, including data gathering, monitoring deadlines, and conducting follow-up, especially with student outcomes.
- Supports Case Management and direct student support through program planning and implementation
- Supports the preparation and updating of policies and procedures, budgets, and other documents related to program
- Organizes program meetings and preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
- Assists in the preparation of progress reports at various levels (student, program ) and to various stakeholders.
- Assists in the development, maintenance, preparation and submission of financial records/reports, such as budgets and expenditure reports/modifications and grant applications.
- Responsible for occasional updating of program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Regionally accredited bachelor’s degree required; and/or equivalent of combined education and experience in the related field; Masters preferred.
- One to two years executive administrative experience, grants management, and/or supporting a University research program
- Understanding or direct experience with health professional programs
- Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and schedule various office
- Strong proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, along with information technology
- Demonstrates knowledge of the project or program coordination including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing processes.
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities with high attention to detail; ability to manage time
- Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work as a team
- Ability to make sound administrative/procedural decisions and
