We are looking for an experienced passionate Program Manager at a large, global B2B Software company. This role will Lead and manage multiple large-scale programs and projects within an enterprise environment, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

This is a 6-month project (extension possible), 40 hours per week. Remote in the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments, make informed decisions, and engage in negotiations to resolve issues and ensure project success.
• Consistently lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and overcoming challenges to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
• Utilize excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project outcomes.
• Apply working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to streamline project processes and support IT service management initiatives.
• Leverage ITIL frameworks and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance service management processes and improve project efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years project / program management experience
• Proven experience in managing multiple large programs/projects in an enterprise environment
• Solid experience in decision making and negotiations, risk assessment
• Excellent communication, problem solving, conflict / resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills required
• Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform is required
• ITIL Certification or minimum 5 years working experience using ITIL SM is a plus
• Experience with Six Sigma methodology a plus
• PMP certification a plus
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS) or related field

Compensation: $55/hr - $60/hr
