Program Manager

The Program Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities in fields such as engineering, R&D, financial systems, and product roll-outs. This role involves managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and fostering effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and direct technical integration.
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
• Recruit, assign, and evaluate staff; oversee staff development.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing to discuss project specs and procedures.
• Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, product designs, and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Skills:

• 8-10 years Project Management - Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion.
• 8-10 years High Level Communication - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly is crucial for effective collaboration within the team and when interfacing with external stakeholders.
• 8-10 years Reporting and Data - Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making. This includes a strong understanding of reporting tools, data visualization techniques, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint and similar software.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
