Our Health Insurance client's Primary Care Organization is undergoing a new large-scale integration that affects all clinical systems and will allow for more efficiencies and automation capabilities. They need a talented Program Manager who has proven success overseeing multiple workstreams involved in similar system implementations, preferably focused in the ambulatory space. This person needs to have a strong technical foundation and ability to communicate well with technical teams involved, as well as the ability to work with multiple third-party vendors and effectively communicate to the executive level. They should also be open to traveling quarterly for important meetings and kickoff events.

Required Qualifications:
5+ years' experience as an IT Program Manager with sole responsibility for the success and coordination of multiple workstreams
Experience driving and supporting large scale initiatives, preferably in the EHR/EMR space
Experience working in a large enterprise-level environment and comfortability working across highly matrixed groups
Ability to drive project vision with minimal guidance and comfortability with ambiguity
Experience working within diversified Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc. environments
Advanced MS Office experience (MS Project, Visio, Excel)
Experience with Project Management tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
Strong work ethic, detail orientation, and passion for excellence
Ability to influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally
Bachelor's Degree that's either Technology or Business focused
