About The Job Program Manager
The Program Manager drives the internal execution of commercialization programs for all products within our client's portfolio. This execution requires the involvement and cooperation of a cross-functional leadership team comprised of individuals from Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Finance. The Program Manager is expected to establish a project plan and then lead and orchestrate all cross-functional deliverables to deliver new products to market, re-planning as necessary to work through any issues and impediments. The program manager is also responsible for coordinating content for gate reviews, ensuring that all cross-functional content is merged and synchronized to enable effective communications and decision-making by the gatekeepers.

- Managing inherent risk associated with new product delivery, continuously monitoring progress, and rapidly adapting and re-planning as necessary
- Must be able to multitask and still be detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Ability to be flexible and exhibit a positive attitude towards change and improvement
- Understanding of cross-functional deliverables needed to bring new products to market, including R&D, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing, and Sales
- System skills to understand interdependencies between mechanical, electrical, embedded software, and application software
- Proficiency in implementing and troubleshooting software/hardware-related products
- Experience with document imaging and imaging tools a plus
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Office productivity software required
- Experience with Lotus Notes preferred
- Experience with scanning hardware or other relevant hardware; testing/support experience preferred.
- Create, maintain, and adjust overall project plans that integrate and coordinate all the cross-functional deliverables that are needed to bring a new product/project to market
- Continuously monitors the execution of the project plan and identifies any deviations or risks
- Aggregates and analyzes program status and plans to enable the Product Manager to make educated and effective business decisions.
- Works with the cross-functional leadership team to react to issues and risks and re-plan the go-forward work to achieve the intended business objectives
- Drives delivery of all new products, including ImageTrac scanners, our client's capture software, and System Solutions
- Overall owner and champion of the Commercialization Processes
- Leads and coordinates Gate Reviews, ensuring that all cross-functional content is merged and synchronized to enable effective communications and decision-making by the gatekeepers
- Establishes and monitors appropriate metrics for each program (budget, schedule, projected volume/revenue, etc.)
- Maintains basic knowledge of all our client's software and our client's equipment
- Participate in any classes deemed necessary by our client's management
