Program Manager

Responsibilities

Program Management Processes: Establish and maintain robust program management processes throughout the projects’ lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and risk management methodologies.

Integrated Performance Management: Develop and manage integrated, multi-project performance monitoring via Smartsheets to monitor and control project progress across the portfolio.

Resource Allocation: Monitor resources to ensure efficient program execution and the completion of deliverables to meet commitments.

Report program outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels (Business PMO / Business leadership) and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the multiple project work plans.

Continuous Reporting: Provide ongoing status updates to the Business PMO, ensuring transparency in program progress

Program Closure: Evaluate projects’ success and ensure that all closing activities, including the handover of deliverables are completed.
