Job Description

  • Leads the PMO on the account, develops clear vision/standards and champions the use of best practices, standards and processes.
  • Provides leadership to the project teams, builds relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support of growth on existing clients – facilitation of estimation, high level planning, scope/assumptions and cross discipline collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of client's business, needs, expectations and requirements.
  • Collaboration with project teams on approach, deliverables, dependencies, schedules and tools.
  • Responsible for program health, consistency across program, program level status reporting, program meetings/ceremonies, change control process, program governance.
  • Management of overall program timeline and dependencies, program financial reporting, risk management, conflict resolution, stakeholder management.
  • Key point of contact for all day-to-day program related issues/escalations.
  • Team management, onboarding, staffing.
  • Manages moderate complexity programs with multiple workstreams or projects.
  • Manages client budgets of ~5M.
  • Any other reasonable or necessary activity required by management or leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of program management, 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a digital environment
  • Proven understanding of standard project/program methodologies
  • Experience creating and managing project timelines and monitoring budgets, experience working with clients and within scopes of work
  • Remote position with the ability to travel, as needed

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
