Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced Program Manager to work with a premier client in the homeowner's insurance industry. This role focuses on homeowners’ insurance and specifically with policy strategies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in achieving the annual and quarterly objectives in collaboration with the carrier partner and will report directly to the Head of Personal Lines, ensuring close coordination with Underwriting, Operations, IT, and Sales teams.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the assigned program expert, leveraging a deep understanding of market conditions, competitive landscapes, regional macroeconomics, and key trends to develop comprehensive strategies, product enhancements, and pricing adjustments as needed.
  • Work closely with the business development team to manage distribution strategy and execution.
  • Engage key stakeholders, including Underwriters and the Business Development team, in ongoing market strategies and actions.
  • Manage program capacity and ensure compliance with regulatory stipulations.
  • Oversee program results, including rate adequacy and loss analysis.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for regional catastrophe knowledge and regulatory/legislative issues relevant to the business.
  • Collaborate with enterprise-wide functions such as marketing for product development efforts and improvements in processes.

Qualifications For Consideration

  • Strong proven analytical experience, preferably within a homeowner's insurance company's product group.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Access.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical insights to non-analytical stakeholders.
  • A strong desire to achieve outstanding results.
  • Experience running major initiative
  • Experience with Policy homeowners’ insurance
  • Preferred: A degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or Hard Sciences.
