Team Carney is seeking a Program Manager with extensive credential managing experience for a government contract focusing on security professional education in the counterintelligence and security fields.
Active SECRET clearance is required.
The position is hybrid with an on-site in Linthicum, Maryland.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and finalize large-scale projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.
Grow the Program by meeting specific organic and new business requirements
Supervise Project Analysts, Instructional Designers, and additional team members as necessary
Track milestones and timelines across projects and work with managers and leads to identify workflow, people, and financial resource allocations
Analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and/or ability to meet agreed-upon deliverables
Develop consistent metrics for measuring project success and team performance
Meet financial objections for delivery of products and services
Minimum Qualifications:
Active SECRET clearance
Ten (10) years of credentialing managerial experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
At least three (3) years of experience interacting with and briefing high level Government or industry executives that require the use of written and oral communication skills that display the ability to tailor ideas, explanations, presentations, briefings, and concepts to suit an audience and any purpose with skill at facilitating meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing multiple projects of high-complexity and a demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance in implementing and managing business operations and process improvements, including certification programs
