What is in it for you?

As a Sr. Program Manager, you will lead and own the successful execution of a large deal program.

Responsibilities: -

Senior Program Manager (onsite-client location)

• Own end to end successful execution of large multi-year programs while being a single point of contact for the client as well as CitiusTech leadership with respect to program execution.

• Be a thought partner for the client to strategize and structure transformation initiatives – create portfolio backlog based on ROI and priority.

• Work with and integrate multiple service lines delivery to ensure customer's program objectives are met.

• Be hands-on and drive program level activities, including but not limited to Detailed Planning, Managing Risk, Mitigation, Scope, Change & Budget, Release Management.

• Lead cadence and steering committee meetings with the client and have meaningful conversations with client’s technical and management SMEs including architects and managers.

• Define, track, and optimize program success criteria, metric and KPIs.

• Work with offshore based delivery teams and lead internal reviews & meetings.

• Work with the account manager/client partner to support account mining and identify opportunities across projects and programs based on higher level visibility and business outcome objectives.

• Lead and support proposal creation, estimation and planning for new opportunities and field of plays.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Statistics, or relevant field

Skills: -

Mandatory skills: -

• Excellent communication and senior/CXO level stakeholder management skills with collaborative approach

• Proven experience of successfully leading multi-year, multi-team, large programs

• Working knowledge of Agile SAFe and industry standard program management practices

• Experience of working in onsite-offshore based model with delivery teams spread across geographies

• Understanding of latest technologies including AWS platform and DevOps to have meaningful conversations

• Conflict management and dispute resolution

Good to have skills: -

• Previous experience of leading programs for Life Science company/s

• Knowledge of pharma and imaging domains

• SAFe or PMP certified.
