Job Overview

We support a large & complex ecosystem of partners through technology and tools designed to simplify the complexities of our global business. We do this by maintaining an obsession with experiences that can be easily understood & traversed by our partners. We need a seasoned leader capable to capable of envisioning and driving execution through ongoing delivery cycles. You will plan, prioritize, estimate, execute, launch, and deliver on a diverse technology portfolio that brings our partner & associated seller digital experiences to life.

Job Responsibilities

• Be obsessed with partner experience, and partner scale program capabilities needed to manage our partner ecosystem
• Accountable for planning, prioritizing business needs & driving strategic alignment to deliver MAICPP experience through engineering
• Envision and drive partner experience requirements to meet our partner program changes by working with business teams & partners
• Land changes with internal stakeholders and partners
• Measure business outcomes based on partner and field feedback and adjust program execution plans as needed
• Delivery of success through collaboration, deep partnerships & influence without authority across multiple stakeholders
• Effectively communicate at all levels, from corporate VPs to partners–demonstrating impact and influence across different roles and organizations
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance or related field
• 3+ years of work experience in program management, product management, process management, process improvement, OR equivalent experience
• Program management experience in the software industry (prefer candidates with experience in large companies)
• Experience with collecting data and understanding products
• Experience with engaging with engineers, ability to use some engineering jargon
• Understanding of sales & go-to-market, partner ecosystem & cloud marketplaces strategy
• Experience working as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Planning, or Business Strategy in the technology industry
• Experience designing digital experiences at scale and working at the intersection of business strategy & engineering
• Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and facts grounded in data
• Ability to translate complex business opportunities into a simple, marketable, and effective solution
• Skilled at prioritization, driving strategic alignment in a matrixed organization, creating order, and driving concise, actionable executive-level insights and calls to action
• Demonstrated track record of creating repeatable best practices for planning & prioritizing business requirements
• Ability to articulate both business and technical value of business requirements to senior business and technical decision-makers
• Passionate, results-driven, and organized approach; with attention to detail: A self-starter who can create and deliver scalable plans from concept to delivery, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, effectively driving measurable results
• Ability to work cross-team in ambiguous and changing environments, along with excellent listening and partnering skills. Must be comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment, and leading program v-teams or workstreams aligned to shared goals and measures
• Storytelling skills and passion for delighting partners and stakeholders, advocating on their behalf, creating great partner experiences, and understanding the linkage between these experiences and business success
• Brings demonstrated experience proposing, creating, and managing executive-level proposals and presentations
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven investment decisions
