The Project Control Team’s primary objective is to support the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) group in the design, planning, and execution of company infrastructure by providing management with critical, decision-making information that ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Team does this by closely collaborating with other functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to: 1) ensure adequate definition of scope, cost, and schedule; 2) establish reasonable baselines; 3) identify and manage risk; and 4) track, monitor, and report project performance. The Team can then make valuable recommendations that drive project performance. Your expertise will contribute to the overall profitability and competitiveness of our Project and organization. This individual will be overseeing the whole project controls team leadership/character is a key part here!

Overall daily execution and operations of the Project Controls Team
Day to day operations
Navigating with other strong leaders.
Be a part of difficult discussions, meeting with senior leaders
Analyzing schedule changes for impact on project.
Reporting on impacts, critical areas and possible courses of action to maintain baseline schedule.
Analyzing and reporting on schedule risks.
Integrating risk management outputs in schedule review and mitigation planning.
Resource load scheduling.
Identifying trends or scope changes and advise the PEs and project controls.
Cost reporting, earned value, change management, and estimating.
Cash flow development and reporting.
Forecasting risk assessment requirements.
Providing budget development support.
