Intepros is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our global e-commerce client. This role reports directly to the Project Team Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment and will be responsible for extensive email communication with customers. This position involves utilizing various tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify and communicate effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will collaborate within a team environment and communicate internally with other departments. This position is hybrid in NYC.
Primary Objectives:
Provide members with a personalized, customer-centric experience.
Coordinate the entire lifecycle of member projects.
Ensure stellar customer satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain data quality and fidelity.
Use a wide variety of software systems to navigate and proactively monitor customer accounts, anticipating problems before they occur.
Meet all performance and quality metrics.
Initiate and drive process improvement projects within the department to completion.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
4+ years of customer service experience.
Experience working with high-volume processes.
Experience with Salesforce CRM.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Aptitude for quickly learning new systems and software.
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
