We’re looking for a full-time project coordinator to join the accounts team at our creative agency. This is a unique opportunity, beginning with a 3-month embedded partnership at one of our key clients followed by an ongoing role within our agency team. This role requires you to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders under the guidance of our client’s Global Creative Director and Modicum’s VP of Accounts. Your work will involve collaborating on project priority, scope, capacity, deadlines, meetings, and budgets. You’re a great fit if you’re highly organized, collaborative, don’t shy away from problem-solving opportunities, and genuinely enjoy “hopping on a call.” A little bit about Modicum Modicum is an independent, tight-knit, creative collective. We use design thinking to help brands solve problems and work toward meaningful goals. We’ve earned the trust of major global brands through their most pivotal moments by immersing ourselves in their needs, crafting compelling stories, building intuitive tools, and designing unforgettable experiences. As an independent agency, we have the freedom to shed bureaucracy and dive head-first into the work. At Modicum, we’ve built a diverse, ego-free roster, and we believe in letting our team work how they work best—flexible, hybrid scheduling, direct access to clients, and a focus on nurturing rather than pigeonholing talent. We build genuine relationships with each other, give everyone a voice, and embrace work-life balance with predictable hours and PTO that’s actually O. Modicum celebrates diversity and is committed to an inclusive employee experience for all. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strongly encourage women, people of color, LGBTQ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply. We firmly believe the more inclusive we are, the better our team and work will be. To learn more, visit modicum.agency or check us out on Behance at behance.net/modicum Duties + Responsibilities

  • While embedded, partner with our client’s Global Creative Director to coordinate, prioritize, and execute project requests supporting their branding and marketing initiatives
  • Partner and support Modicum’s Project Manager to ensure all the administrative tasks of account and project management are completed and maintained
  • Update and collaborate on trackers and reports for timelines, budgets, and scopes of work for the success of creative services and work product for assigned clients
  • Assist in developing workback schedules and project plans to manage the flow of work
  • Manage daily client communications, including requests and sharing updates
  • Provide project feedback that advocates for the client/agency relationship and furthers efficiency and quality of work
  • Collaborate on financial forecasts, staffing and resource plans for near and long-term retainer and project work

  • 1-3 years experience building and managing strong client relationships in project coordinator, communications, administration or client services roles
  • The desire to provide enthusiastic, friendly client experiences that go above and beyond nuts and bolts conversations
  • The ability to maintain processes, anticipate internal team needs, and set creatives up for success (creative services knowledge is a plus!)
  • Experience collaborating on multiple concurrent tasks/projects across timelines, scopes, and budgets
  • Excellent and timely communication skills, including the ability to compile, document, and communicate project requirements, resource plans, and calendar conflicts
  • A highly organized nature and ability to adapt to agency-wide organizational systems
  • A willingness to support the accounts and creative teams during off hours, when seasonal agency needs may necessitate an “all hands on deck” approach
