Project Coordinator

Are you an experienced Project Coordinator with a desire to excel? If so, then TALENT Software Services may have the job for you! Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to work at their company in CA(100% remote).

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Coordinates weekly inflight mandate reporting from Planview, creates call agenda. Highlights changes in status and dates.
• Works with business to understand overall objective and outcomes to support Mandates and Corporate Services work
• Maintain and possibly develop executive-level reporting in PowerPoint, combining data-driven insights with high impact visuals (example, monthly reporting to VP on mandates metrics and need to know highlights
• Tailor reports to meet specific needs and preferences of senior manager for various meetings (example. Monthly in-flght mandate reporting with operations, monthly all team meeting and knowledge sharing sessions)
• Pull in any M&CS resources as needed for escalated issues (PMs, MBAs or Managers)
• Assist in coordination of financial process and reports (example coordinate weekly approvals required (JAGGER approvals))
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by preforming thorough quality checks
• Planview support (Centralized Resource Manager and Planview set for maintenance with EMPO on new and carry over mandates)
• Explains policies, practices and procedures of the job area/department to others within the organization. May work to justify and gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies and procedures.
• Report out to M&CS Leadership as needed

Qialifications:

• Create Excel workbooks, reporting and able to edit PowerPoint, SharePoint and others.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by preforming thorough quality checks
• Familiarity with Planview or similar project management software

• Analytical thinker, with ability to solve problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skill
• Healthcare knowledge/experience
