Relevant Experience - 8+ Years of experience as a Project coordinator with good financial knowledge.
- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills - Put together and track invitations to bid to multiple vendors based on engineer’s design and VC teams’ template
- Create and track PR’s/PO’s for the project
- Create WO’s for the project
- Run reports and track budget spend
- Data tracking and inputting- for projects, vendors, service calls
- Manage and complete required project documents
- Work with WPS to schedule field service requests for VC installs
- Engage contacts, organize and manage site survey information for engineers to design VC rooms
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
- Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
- from Fortinet to Cisco firepower.
- Clear understanding and troubleshooting skills in LAN/WAN/ Data center Network infrastructure.
- Experience in working with different vendors like Cisco, Fortinet and RMA process.
- Firewall hardening experience to remove vulnerability from the firewall.
- Incident, Change, problem request and service request Management.
- Good at Technical documentation, Information Security Awareness, Availability, and flexibility as needed, Collaboration, Teamwork, Quick learner.

- Roles & Responsibilities - Assist in the development of project management documents such as budget, schedule and plans.
- Coordinate the allocation of resource to ensure the project team has what they need
- Coordinate with all stake holders including team and vendor.
- Track the daily progress of projects and provide updates to project manager and stakeholders
- Schedule and organize meeting meetings with Stakeholders, Team and Vendors.
- Handle invoices, purchase orders and other financial documents.
