Project Coordinator

Job Description

Are you able to work in a precise manner, pay close attention to detail, and problem solve?

We are looking for an organized individual who is able to take initiative and follow through on projects as delegated by the team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Project Team by executing administrative tasks. This individual will need to be able to handle a variety of assignments with an equal sense of urgency.

Job Duties:

• Attend project meetings as required
• Assist and maintain construction documents associated with the project
• Complete all administrative tasks as assigned by Project Team
  
  

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite or Bluebeam
• No construction experience required
• Knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment
