The Project Engineer is an early-career position with robust growth opportunity! This position will work with multiple account managers, estimators, office manager, and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for document control, including correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates. The Project Engineer will also assist in managing projects and developing estimates.

What you’ll be doing:
Strict adherence to company safety practices and procedures
Contacting subcontractors and vendors during bid process
Project scope of work development
Project planning and implementation of activities
Document management and logging including safety documentation, submittals, drawing logs, RFIs, transmittals, close out documents, and meeting minutes
Subcontractor and superintendent coordination
Travel to jobsites as required by AM and/or superintendents, including possibly out of state
Who we’re looking for:
1-2 years of construction experience is desired
An associate degree or higher education in a construction or engineering related field is required
Strong computer and smart-phone skills, especially in Microsoft Office
Ability to react quickly to requests of customers and superintendents
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to function in a remote environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
